Common questions

Straight answers before you get started.

Is £500–£750 the final website price?

It is the current introductory range for a straightforward small-business website. After a short conversation about the pages and features you need, you will receive a fixed written quotation before any work starts.

What is included in the price?

The exact scope is listed in your quotation. A typical project includes planning, design, mobile-friendly development, help with structure and wording, an enquiry form, basic search setup, domain connection, testing and launch.

Are the domain and other subscriptions included?

Domain names, business email and any paid third-party services are normally separate and stay in your name. Any expected ongoing costs will be made clear before you agree to the project.

How long will my website take?

A straightforward website often takes around two to four weeks once the wording, photos and other information are available. You will be given a realistic timescale for your individual project.

Do I have to choose a monthly maintenance plan?

No. Maintenance is optional. You can look after the website yourself, choose a monthly plan, or request one-off updates when you need them.

What happens if an update takes longer than my plan allows?

I will let you know before going over the included time. Larger changes can be quoted separately, so there are no surprise charges.

Does unused maintenance time roll over?

Included maintenance time is reserved for that month and does not roll over. This keeps each plan affordable and leaves space to support every client reliably.

Can you improve an existing website?

Yes. Website refreshes and one-off improvements are available. Send the existing website address and I can suggest the most useful next steps before providing a quote.
